I personally prefer Nokia always for an Iphone, as the Iphone as a nice gadget but not made for making phonecalls, however the last generation is a little better. What I don't like about the Iphone is not the Iphone itself but the marketing plan behind it. At the time a product from Steve Jobs is released the world is already brainwashed, and need to buy the latest model. I hate this marketing strategy that is why I will never buy something which comes from the hands of Steve Jobs. but the Nokia has a widescreen more memory available and a keyboard and last but not least it's cheaper. It was an easy decision which one to buy, I am happy with the Nokia N97 it's a great phone and with the recently opened OVI shop I have all the apps I would need for my new phone.

  • compare Digital Cameras prices

A price comparison site makes it possible to compare a product on every detail in just one shot. Therefore, online retailers feel the need to reduce their prices of their products. But it's not so easy to compare products that are made exclusively for retailers. This is why many manufacturers are making different versions for different retailers, says Scot Wingo, CEO of Channel Advisor Corp.

For example, consumers can buy exactly the same digital camera in various (web) shops. The price will then be determined. But when manufacturers design a special model for a store, just a little different from the standard version, it makes it more difficult to compare, because then the price will not be decisive. Wingo expects that this will be increasingly visible in the consumer electronics category like digital cameras.

It might be interesting to see what the effects of this "mass customization" is between the manufacturer-retailer-comparison-consume relationship. This may be more difficult to compare products, but in fact I expect that it will increase the power of comparison sites.

LG comes even with a new Blue-ray player with a built-in receiver for YouTube and other online video services. • compare Plasma and LCD TVs prices

London - Yahoo and Intel are both made big thanks to the success of the internet era. They both have now focussed on the internet TV market, which could be the next big internet business. At the Consumer Electronics Show they came up with some ideas which could be the start of a long term friendship between the two companies.

Intel and Yahoo have already had serious talks with various manufacturers and content providers, including Samsung and Toshiba. These manufacturers will show their new Internet-based TV's at the CES the beginning of next week. The Internet-based TV's are equipped with Yahoo's Widget Channel software for TVs and videos, and yahoo hopes that this software with the advent of the new Internet-based TVs will grow to standard.

The Widget Channel software makes it possible for the TV to browse through photos, social networking sites and watch YouTube videos. This will open a huge new market for Yahoo, which will have another big channel to show their ads on. Intel hopes the cooperation with Yahoo will stand, because the demand for microprocessors at the TV industry will highly increase, till now the demand for microprocessors for TV's was much lower than for the PC industry. Yahoo is convinced that the new Internet-based TV programs will be the next big business. 'We see it as a niche product with only a few expensive models. We see this as a shift to the general public, 'said Patrick Barry, of Yahoo's Connected TV initiative against CNet. 'From 2010 I believe that Internet-based TVs dominate the offer,' said Barry.

  • compare Clothing prices

London - Men knew it already for years but the average woman spends about £1200 per year on clothes, but they wear only a fraction of that, just only 30% of all purchased items are worn.

Researchers concluded that women in general, have over 100 pieces of clothes hanging in their closet, but they use only 30. And it seems insane but favorite pieces that has cost less than £60 will be kept for at least 12 years. Those pieces are usually a dress, a skirt or a pair of shoes. As we asked the main reasons why women do not wear almost three-quarters of their clothes the respond with: 'out of fashion', 'seasonal clothing, or 'no longer fits' or just ' too often behave. Also women think that perhaps they might fit one day in there clothes again, or that maybe some day it will be fashionable again.

Previous studies of Cosmopolitan.co.uk claimed that three out of four young women think about shopping as much as men think about sex. 75% of women do so every minute of the day, for example, which handbag she last saw or that one dress that she wants to buy for a party.
It's no secret that women love handbags. But a British study now shows that up to 111 handbags are bought during a women's life. The researchers discovered that the average woman of thirty has 21 handbags and buys each month one more.

Within the investigation, the women also were asked about the reason for this large number, often they respond with: 'You never know what set of clothes fits with the bag' or because of sentimental reasons, they are not discarded:'A handbag can make the difference between an ordinary and fantastic look'.

The investigation was carried out on behalf of the Lakeside Shopping Center in Essex. But what is there all in such a bag addition to the normal items such as cell phones, keys and make-up. They put also painkillers, vitamins, extra panties, insect sprays and even first-aid kits are found in the handbag, writes the Daily Mail.
